 One of the lesser known aspects of the Shelby Story is the Terlingua Racing Team. The story goes that Shelby and some of his pals bought a deserted town in West Texas called Terlingua and set about establishing all of the various departments required to run a town including Dog catcher, Judge, City Clerk and even a Navy. Anyone who expressed curiosity or interest in the town was given a position and all of the rights, responsibilities and priviledges that go along with the position.
Needless to say this was all done very much tongue in cheek. On one of their forays out to their town they decided to start a municiple racing team and overnight the team was formed complete with a team crest. As if by magic these crests started showing up on race cars all over the circuit, shelbys and everybody elses as well. So if you want to set you Cobra apart from the rest of the crowd with a bit of authentic Shelby lore one of these stickers will do the job nicely.
