Important - Distributor Gears are manufactured from three different materials to suit different applications. The materials are Steel, Bronze and Iron. Each material is specifically choosen by a cam manufacturer for use with their Cams. Thus it is important that you ensure you have the correct gear on your Distributor. If you are not sure CHECK WITH YOUR CAM MANUFACTURER! Failure to do so can result in premature failure of the gear, the cam or both. Powerfire Distributors come equipped with a Steel Gear.
